A H Justice Search Consultants is located at Rockport, TX and is executive search firm focused on providing high-quality candidates to companies in a diversity of industries.
Our search business is conducted on both retained and contingent fee basis' and clients are drawn from all 50 states, Canada and overseas. Most searches involve potential interstate relocation, but wherever possible we seek local candidates to save clients relocation cost and time.
A H Justice's search / candidate experience covers a wide range of job title / vocational classifications (usually all at professional or salaried levels) and typically in a salary range of $50,000 to $175,000 per year. Most work entails locating full time employees; however, we also retain strong contract employee capability and extremely competitive full service offerings. The preponderance of our effort centers on the engineering disciplines (ChemE, ME, EE, IE, SW E, CS, CSE, CIS, PetE, PE; etc.,) MBA, manufacturing, scientific, information technology and EDP, consulting, technical sales / marketing, supply chain; etc. We use coding systems to specifically differentiate and identify qualified candidates, within disciplines, that result in a substantial number of classification codes to lead us to precisely targeting candidates with positions, and vice-versa.
