We provide our members with the advocacy, information, education and tangible solutions necessary for success in a world of increasingly complex medical regulations. We represent industry interests in key overseas markets, work to ease regulatory burdens at the state, national and international levels and pave the way for innovation in health care technology. We work for responsible legislation to address industry concerns on Capitol Hill and for appropriate administrative policies affecting the industry in agencies such as the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), formerly the Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA), by using all the tools of modern political advocacy.
