CellGate Inc., is located at Redwood City, CA and is rapidly advancing a portfolio of novel anti-proliferation therapeutics that has the potential to provide patients with new treatment options.
We currently have two programs progressing through clinical development as well as several oncology programs undergoing preclinical evaluation.
Cellgate's lead compounds belong to a novel class of medicines known as polyamine analogs. Polyamines analogs act by targeting cancer cells and inducing cell death. Our most advanced products, CGC-11047 and CGC-11093, are currently in multiple Phase I clinical studies to evaluate each compound's safety and tolerability.
Cellgate is also working with major institutions and thought leaders in the oncology field, including our distinguished scientific advisory board, to ensure that our studies are designed to generate information necessary to provide a clear path for late-stage product development.
