Debbon Recruiting Group Inc. was founded in 1993 to service the needs of food and pharmaceutical manufacturers in identifying high performance management and technical personnel. Our base of client companies range in size from “mom and pop” organizations to Fortune 500 firms.

Although we have a relatively small staff, (two people) we pride ourselves on the quality of service we provide to both the client company and the individual. Through our specialization, we have developed a lot of contacts and know where to go to find the right person in a timely manner. Because of our experience, we know the right questions to ask to more effectively filter prospective candidates. This saves the client company the time and the aggravation of having to “wade through” the wave of calls and resumes regarding “available” positions. By utilizing our services the client company receives the most value by hiring a proven performer offering maximum impact with minimal orientation.

Geographically, we work on a national basis but most (70%) of the positions we fill are in the Midwest. All of our fees and expenses are company-paid. Roughly 80% of the assignments we take are contingency recruiting and the balance (20%) are retained search.
