Job Description
Company Summary: Our client is a technology-driven, global health care company that develops and commercializes specialty pharmaceutical products for the eye care, neuromuscular, skin care and other specialty pharmaceutical products.

Position Description
Under minimal supervision, initiates and manages the development and implementation of reimbursement provider support strategies and tactics as well as reimbursement awareness marketing strategies and tactics for customer reimbursement support programs. Monitors and maintains an in depth and current knowledge of payer policy trends and provider reimbursement needs, uses this knowledge to develop and execute tactical reimbursement plans to ensure provider knowledge and appropriate utilization of reimbursement support programs. Responsible for strategic direction and day to day management of the reimbursement support elements including reimbursement hotline, Purchase Partners, Patient Assistance Program, Provider RAM programs and reimbursement website.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in related field, MBA preferred
  • 5 years experience working within the pharmaceutical industry or pharmaceutical reimbursement consulting
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience with reimbursement support programs (Hotlline, PAP, awareness campaigns)
  • Analytical and research management skills
  • Ability to develop and execute complex strategies
  • Ability to direct and manage outside vendors working on large, complex projects
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong relationship development skills
  • Strong problem resolution skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple changing priorities
  • Ability to travel
  • Ability to work additional hours

Monitors and maintains an in depth and current knowledge of payer policy trends and provider reimbursement needs, uses this knowledge to develop and execute tactical reimbursement plans to ensure provider knowledge and appropriate utilization of BOTOX reimbursement support programs. Responsible for strategic direction and day to day management of the BOTOX ADVANTAGE Program reimbursement support elements including BOTOX reimbursement hotline, Purchase Partners, Patient Assistance Program, Provider RAM programs and BOTOX.com/reimbursement.
