Job Description
Company Summary: A full-service advertising agency specializing in the health-care industry. They provide a wide range of marketing, educational, media, and creative services directed at healthcare professionals, providers, business-to-business targets, and consumers.
Serving as assigned client's primary daily contact and representative within the agency. Responsible for initiating and executing marketing, creative, media, research and auxiliary services on behalf of assigned clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all facets of project management, including planning, developing and implementing programs.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of communications planning, branding, interactive marketing, database a plus.
- Will facilitate internal management of fun account teams.
- Responsible as Client's primary contact within the Agency.
- Understand and represent Client's point-of-view within the Agency.
- Responsible for client satisfaction with Agency services and output.
- Work with Account Supervisor to write marketing and communications plans.
- Generate conference reports and correspondence relative to Client's projects and work.
- Keep entire Account Team fully updated and apprised of client activities and needs.
- Initiate and supervise execution of all marketing, creative, media, research and auxiliary projects for client products and services on assigned accounts.
- Effectively work with and utilize Agency resources on behalf of clients.
- Develop tactical communication plans.
- Develop creative briefs.
- Approves estimates, timetable and billing.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Client's business and industry. Understand Client's marketing plan/objectives and responds to Client requests within this context.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with Client contacts, while achieving Client objectives in a profitable, timely manner.
- Seek ways to customize Agency's services to better support Client' needs.
- Maintain awareness of client graphic and copy standards.
- Responsible for developing and executing put-to-work meetings.
Experience: - Candidate must already be an Account Executive or an Associate Account Executive
- Must have some interactive account management experience.
- 3-5 years experience
- Must be a great communicator.
- Possess dedication to providing outstanding client service and thrive on multi-tasking.
- Healthcare advertising background helpful but not a must.
- B.A.
- Specific therapeutic area is not important. This role will entail working on several interactive teams.
