Job Description
Company Summary: A full-service advertising agency specializing in the health-care industry. They provide a wide range of marketing, educational, media, and creative services directed at healthcare professionals, providers, business-to-business targets, and consumers.

Description:

  • Maintain complete working knowledge of assigned disease segment, product(s), and direct marketing team [DMT] goals
  • Lead the planning and execution of product?s relationship marketing activity:
    • Develop customer acquisition and retention relationship marketing strategies
    • Lead customer segmentation initiatives; determine appropriate messaging and contact strategies for identified customer segments
    • Develop tactical communications plans leveraging direct media vehicles such as email, direct mail, BRCs, DRTV, Web sites, etc.
    • Develop fee and production estimates for all elements of relationship marketing [RM] programs
    • Lead the development of all relationship marketing materials to ensure that they reflect strategy and objectives
    • Review all program elements prior to Regulatory Committee submission
    • Develop and manage testing plans
    • Evaluate program performance along traditional metrics, such as response rates, ROI, etc.
    • Coordinate activities of call center, fulfillment house and database management company
    • Supervise team schedules and workflow to ensure project timelines are appropriate, realistic, and achievable
  • Proactively recommend and develop relationship marketing solutions and maintain a proficiency in the execution of client-directed strategies
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships with a focus on achieving client?s marketing goals
  • Ensure that agency billings are timely and accurate, including keeping account-receivables current
  • Develop and maintain contact with appropriate client personnel to ensure that agency is aware of business opportunities and/or significant changes in the client?s business structure
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of relationship marketing [RM] experience.
  • Pharma experience preferred.
