Job Description
Summary Description
Responsibilities include the planning, coordination and execution of validation studies. You will conduct and document validation studies of equipment according to written protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) and processing and submitting data. You will also be responsible for supplying troubleshooting and problem solving support.
Duties
• Plan and schedule validation activities • Develop of protocols as required. • Acquire and assemble needed equipment and supplies. • Assure validation equipment and instrumentation is cleaned, maintained and calibrated or certified. • Perform validation studies per schedule and written protocols. • Work with other Departments to accomplish validation goals. • Accurately collect, document and communicate data. • Prepare and submit validation protocols and reports for approval as necessary. • Prepare and administer performance appraisals of Validation Associates. • Direct the daily activities of Validation Associates • Understand and perform in accordance with cGMPs, QSR and ISO • Help trouble shoot and problem solve. • Advise supervisor of any unforeseen occurrences and suggest ideas for improvement.
Qualifications:
BS/MS in biology, microbiology, biochemistry or equivalent or BS/MS in Chemical, Electrical, or mechanical Engineering
