Senior Consultant [Primary Market Research – Pharmaceutical]

Location: Southeastern Pennsylvania

Summary: Reporting to the senior leadership team of the Healthcare business unit, the successful candidate will generate and deliver profitable revenue by selling custom studies, managing projects and delivering results to clients. ? Plan, execute and deliver custom projects to clients. Own and manage projects. ? Help the organization maintain and expand a book of business with existing clients and maintain high levels of client satisfaction ? Manage and/or direct other staff in their efforts to design, execute and deliver quality research for clients. Support the planning, sales and project execution activities of staff as needed. Contribute expertise and direction where needed. Help other staff manage clients and expand their business. Support and contribute to the development of research skills of staff ? Contribute to the development of plans for business unit, including sales activities, revenue and profit goals and monitor activities against plans. ? Contribute to enhancing the image and reputation of the organization by actively participating in industry programs, including speaking at industry meetings.

Position Requirements: ? Undergraduate degree required, advanced degree preferred ? 7+ years of healthcare market research experience with a leading agency ? Experienced/skilled in a broad range of qualitative and quantitative methodologies. ? Some experience in advanced quantitative techniques. Good working knowledge of many therapeutic areas. ? Able to develop/developing proficiency in understanding client business problems, identifying research opportunities and writing high quality proposals that offer a compelling solution to the client's business problem. ? Able to develop/developing proficiency in consulting with clients on research methodology and the design of studies. ? Experience and demonstrated ability to design and conduct qualitative and quantitative studies, both domestic and international ? Skill and experience in the design, execution and reporting of high-end quantitative studies using advanced analytical techniques ? Developing in ability to be creative and proactive in the management of client relationships
