Monitor with the best!
An exceptional opportunity now exists with Kendle to step into our respected monitoring team. Kendle is now adding experienced field monitoring team members nationally. There are many CRA ‘jobs’ in the marketplace, but a career at Kendle as a Clinical Research Associate offers professionalism, study and therapeutic variety, state of the art training, tools to help you do your job while you travel, and a commitment to balance work and personal life.

Use your (one year minimum) experience in multi-site field monitoring to qualify for our advanced CRA positions. Advanced skills and experiences are rewarded with a senior level designation and responsibility. Our sponsors require an undergraduate degree, and so we ask you for the same. We use and follow GCP and ICH guidelines and require demonstrated training and knowledge of these regulations.

Kendle is hiring nationally, both for home based regional CRAs and office based CRAs with telecommuting privileges near our offices in Chicago, Cincinnati, Cranford, NJ and Thousand Oaks, CA. Expect to travel (60% - 80%) to regionalized sites, with overnights averaging up to 3 nights a week. Kendle CRAs typically average 2 protocols, but it varies due to enrollment and complexity. Kendle is a full service global CRO with studies reaching almost all areas. A Kendle CRA can be exposed to wide variety of studies and therapeutic areas, adding experiences, skill and satisfaction to your work. Initiate, monitor and closeout Phase I through IV clinical trials. You will also be responsible for site activities, trip reporting, SAE reporting and becoming the Kendle ambassador to our sites and sponsors.

A wealth of tools await Kendle CRAs: lightweight laptops, electronic/internet based time and reporting tools, cell phone stipend, home office stipend, more than 300 online eLearning classes, state of the art proprietary EDC and study management systems, regionalized travel, generous travel budgets, direct report to Project Leaders, $4000 of tuition reimbursement and profit share plan, a fifty cent match for 401K up to 6% of an associates compensation, 25 paid days off, and an entrepreneurial styled company with a global corporate reach.
