Job Description
Client is a $7 billion global leader in consumer packaged goods and household cleaning products, health and personal care. Duties include: responsibility for managing the Product Development of multipurpose and specialty cleaners across the globe ensuring the development process is robust and the finished product is of the required quality to meet the business objectives. Must work with Category Marketing to develop the brand strategy and execution. Develop products with unique claims and benefits. Work with Regional SSG to share and agree product performance data. Must have experience to demonstrate ability to manage and deliver on global/regional projects, tight timelines, ability to problem solve and troubleshoot. BS Degree in Chemistry or related science and at least 10 years relevant experience. 2-5 years demonstrated experience managing performance of a development laboratory.
