Job Description
Senior Manager, Clinical Operations, GI
-Must have the technical and management capabilities to lead large or multiple clinical studies from protocol development to final analysis and submission within a therapeutic or compound area.
-Must have knowledge of a number of area in the drug development process, including clinical plan development, study areas and execution of the clinical study chain and of the therapeutic area.
Will manage multiple resources within and across clinical operations groups to meet deliverables and will lead and facilitate team meetings and provide guidance to team members.
Will assume accountability for study teams and/or project goals and objectives.
Must be able to follow tight timelines and have line management experience.
Must have experience managing/outsourcing to CRO's and must have experience with Phase III clinical trials. BA/BS required, 5+ years experience in clinical research.
