The Company:
Excellent opportunity with an innovative, high growth leader in the medical technology industry. This entrepreneurial company is in the business of selling medical capital equipment & software to acute care settings.

Position:
Due to explosive growth, we are currently searching for a Central Regional Sales Manager.
This individual will be responsible for managing the central sales team, hiring new people, training, setting objectives, performing evaluations, coaching and mentoring, and building the overall client base.

We need a successful sales manager who is willing to spend time in the field to help lead this rapidly growing sales force and impart “strategic selling” concepts to their team. Territories are multi-state and require between 50%-60% overnight travel.

Compensation:
275K @ plan - Uncapped
Car allowance, Laptop, Expenses, Home office, Strong benefit program

Job Requirements

REQUIRED
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE 5-10+ years experience selling Medical CAPITAL EQUIPMENT.

• Candidates must also have documented success in multifaceted selling environment
• Preferably have 5+ years SALES MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
• Ability and willingness to travel overnight 50%-60%
• Must be a strong mentor, leader and understand Strategic Selling
