Job Responsibilities

·        Utilize CNC programming to set up mills, lathes, and other related processing machines.

·        Create solid models utilizing Unigraphics CAD software.

·        Evaluate new equipment for tooling, programming, and training requirements.

·        Assist with the maximizing of capacity and throughput.

 

Experience Requirements

·        BS Degree in a related engineering field or working toward a BS Degree or work experience in the field of manufacturing engineering

·        At least three years of experience working with CNC programming in a machine shop environment

·        CAD/CAM experience using 3D surfaced and solid models, Unigraphics a plus

·        MasterCam, 4&5 axis simultaneous programming, shop floor process prove-out, GD&T, JIT, SPC tool & fixture design preferred

·        Proven track record in project management

·        Excellent problem solving, initiative, communication and interpersonal skills
