Job Description
Primary Responsibilities: Implements and delivers internal and external training programs. Provide individual and small group coaching and career counseling. SME for the dept. Create policies and procedures for dept. Assist in assessing needs, development, review and approval of all HR OD & Learning curriculum. Provide training launch support for all HR programs and procedures. Travel 25-30% on average. Software Experience Required: MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint Skills Required: Intermediate knowledge of Peoplesoft HRMS Technical Knowledge: Peoplesoft knowledge to conduct skill and competency searches producing reports requested by management. Bilingual English/Spanish Degree Required: Yes Degree Type: MS Major: Yrs Experience: 2-5 Years Experience Preferred: Pharm or regulated mfg. industry experience in cGMP and cGLP. Previous exp. in the delivery of training interventions to adult audiences at various organizational levels preferred. Conducting evaluation of training effectiveness at Level 1-4 and ROI Planning and Training Strategy Skill.
