Job Description
Bachelors degree or equivalent required. Major in life sciences, nursing, nutrition, communications or a related field preferred. Two year RN degrees with equivalent combination of related experience may be substituted for bachelors degree requirement. Previous experience as a sales representatve or experience may be substituted for bachelors degree requirement. Previous experience as a sales representative or experience in a customer service position, including meeting customer needs and or indentifying and addressing customer concerns, preferred. Demonstrated skill in influencing key decision maker to buy in on a project or plan of action. Experience in presenting information to a variety of audience levels. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain rapport. Ability to effectively , both orally and in writting. Demonstrated ability to developm and maintain rapport. Ability to efffectively utilize current computer systems in planning, forecasting and reviewing sales activities to optimize resources for effective coverage and meet in the nutritional industry or hospital based market.

Must be able to apply the selling process, organizing and communicating information convinvingly, build customer confidence and receptivity developing rapport and building and maintaining personal relationships with physicains, M.D. Office staff, hospital staff, and others in the customer influence network. Be able to apply accurate and complete knowlege of the company and competitor products. Demonstrate understanding of the heatlh care industry dynamics , trends, competitor products. Demonstrate understand of the health care industry dynamics, trends, competitors, regulations and managed health care enviroment. Develop territory. People development. Effectively communicating at all times. Obtaining information, resources, and support with the company to maximize efficiency.
