Job Description
Adecco Medical & Science is looking for Customer Service Representatives to work in a call center environment, answering phones from potential members and setting up appointments for eligibility acreening for CMS program. The position does requiry some data entry in to two different data based systems - SPectraSoft and IDX - there is training on both systems - but prior knowledge of these systems would be great.

We are looking for someone who has strong customer service background, preferably in a call center. Prior experience in the HealthCare field is desired. Bilingual is strongly preferred.

Position is responsible for answering incoming calls from providers and members while ensuring a high level of customer service and maximizing productivity with minimum downtime. Job Responsibilities are to resolve basic types of customer service eligibilit.

Must be able to quickly and accurately identify and assess individual provider and member needs and take appropriate action to satisfy those needs. Need to be able to respond to customers in a polite and courteous manner, especially in stressful situations, project patience, empathy, caring, and sincerity in voice tone and words, establish rapport over the phone quickly, and remain positive and upbeat over prolonged periods of customer service. Express thoughts and information clearly and succinctly. Inspire confidence and positively influence the behavior, actions, and thoughts of others. Communicate potentially unpleasant or negative information in a tactful manner. Must be able to consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards and adhere to quality improvement initiatives. Ability to learn new skills, and retain large amounts of information, facts, rules, procedures, and codes. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent work experience.

Strong customer service orientation and communication skills. Attention to detail and quality focused. Excellent decision making, problem solving and organizational skills.
