As a Customer Service Representative with our client, you are at the entry into the pharmacy benefit and health care services sector with a career path offering advancement possibilities. 0-2 retail experience a plus; Pharmacy Tech license and Customer Service, Call Center expertise will be used to receive and place order/reorders, research, and resolve routine to complex claims or prescription issues, and process prescriptions in a high volume, fast-paced environment. you will participate in a comprehensive training program and work with established policies, procedures and guidlines to provide accurate, diplomative and expedited customer service in support of the goals of customer satisfaction and retention. Position Requirements: -CA Pharmacy Technician License A+ -2+ years customer service, call center, retail pharmacy or marketing/sales experience (preferred) -Intermediate computer skills, typing 45 wpm, 6k keystrokes, MS Outlook or other e-mail,Internet savvy -clear business communication skills both written and verbal -ability to work in a team, in a fast-paced, highly visible, customer focused environment -High School diploma or equivalent required.
