Pro Staff is currently recruiting for Customer Service Call Center Representatives for one of the fastest growing companies in Denver. This pharmaceutical insurance company is looking to add members to its Client Service team to help serve their client's and member's needs.
This qualified candidate will work as part of a team and have a diverse skill set. Experience in a call center is a big plus as well as top computer skills for recording purposes. No experience in the pharmaceutical or insurance field is necessary as each hired individual will go through extensive training. This is a great opportunity for growth, according to performance and review.
Main Job Functions:
Resolve member phone and email inquiries, issues, and concerns about the provided service
Report conversations in standardized computer system
Navigate through several windows at a time to provide fast and accurate service
Strengthen relationships with members or providers by representing the company's values and commitments
Maintain a positive attitude in the midst of escalated service situations Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Strong computer skills
Flexibility
Ability to learn quickly and to think critically
Call center experience is a huge plus
Great attitude
