Kelly Healthcare resources, a division of Kelly Services, is seeking full time Pharmacists to work as a Contact Center Analyst in Titusville, NJ. Our client, a well known established Pharmaceutical Company, has three positions available for this exciting opportunity! Qualified candidates will be responsible for providing superior customer support in the areas of medical information, adverse event reporting, and product quality complaint reporting. You will be speaking with either Healthcare Professionals, or Sales Representatives regarding medical information inquiries. Other responsibilities include updating clinical replies per product and resolving all healthcare requests telephonically.
Responsibilities include:
' Scientific knowledge focus on company products & related therapeutic areas
' Handle escalated scientific calls from customer contact center
' Identify & report adverse events
' Prepare selected medical information documents (eg, customized responses, formulary dossiers) in support of marketed products
' Update, manage, and maintain standard letter reply database
' Review selected scientific documents for medical accuracy
' Prepare scientific media/ literature responses
' Attend professional meetings for medical information booth support
' After hour medical information emergency coverage
Education:
Doctor of Pharmacy preferred, MS or BS in pharmacy considered with 1-2 years of relevant clinical and/or medical information experience. Active professional pharmacy state license from any state required. Drug information or clinical residency preferred.
Competencies:
The qualified candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and solid computer skills. Strong analytical and evaluative skills required with demonstrated ability to develop responses to inquiries from healthcare professionals and consumers based on current medical literature. Candidates must demonstrate intellectual curiosity and pursuit of expertise in relevant therapeutic areas of interest. Knowledge of pharmacoeconomic principles and adverse event reporting preferred. Familiarity working with XML (epic editor) software is a plus.
