Job Description
KV Pharmaceutical seeks a Data Review Chemist. The successful candidate will ensure accuracy, quality, and documentation of work performed by the Analytical Research Laboratory. You will perform quality assurance auditing of laboratory notebooks, report sheets, method validation reports, and R&D stability files of solid dosage forms. The incumbent will also review documentation relating to equipment calibration and maintenance, and methods and validation reports and aid in the completion of the validation documentation. The Data Review Chemist will assemble raw data generated during process validations and complete and review OOS paperwork for vitamin investigations.
Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related field and a minimum of two years of pharmaceutical analytical research laboratory experience desired. Associate’s degree required. The successful candidate will be familiar with analytical lab instrumentation and procedures. We are seeking individuals who possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, math skills, have strong organizational and documentation skills, can multi-task, prioritize, and are proficient in Microsoft Office.
