    Job Description

    This position directs the execution and delivery of our messages to all internal and external stakeholders, including employees, clients, members, consultants, prospects, investors and the media.  The Communications function manages and drives perception and ensures:


     



    • Appropriate recognition and validation within the industry;

    • Consistent and compelling messaging across all audiences;

    • A positive corporate image and reputation;

    • Brand integrity.


    Responsibilities:



    • Help establish and maintain brand identity

    • Execute on communication plans for all audiences: member, client, prospect, consultant, investor and media.

    • Develop content for newsletters and announcements

    • Assist with development of presentations that deliver a compelling message

    • Support events/conferences with appropriate marketing materials

    • Manage and direct creative vendors/partners to achieve desired communications objectives

    • Manage annual report

    • Cultivate new media relationships to provide visibility with target audiences

    • Develop collateral and selling documents for sales and account management

    • Oversee and package analytic work and case studies into selling documents, oversee white paper development

    • Manage and update web content to be consistent with corporate initiatives

    • Document and enforce style guidelines and corporate standards

    • Introduce and support new and creative communications approaches

    • Identify and oversee recognition opportunities for the company and its products/services

    • Skilled, persuasive communicator

    • Creative writing skills

    • Knowledge of social networks and other creative messaging venues

    • Ability to understand and relate to multiple audiences

    Education and Experience:


     


  • Marketing degree preferred

  • Brand management

  • Media relations

  • Successful history of managing agency relationships

  • Experience with web site development and content

  • Experience producing annual reports

  • Experience with integrating acquisitions
