AUDIT MANAGER

Excellent opportunity for an Audit Manager in Chicago! Salary is targeted in the $90K - $$100K range plus 10% bonus.

Our client is a $10B publicly held Fortune 500 Biotech Company. They prefer local candidates- no relocation. The Audit Manager will participate in and/or coordinate all phases of the audit process including defining the audit scope based on risk sensitivity, testing to ensure adherence with established controls, evaluating control design and adequacy, and presenting known or possible deficiencies and recommendations to management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance. Advanced degree or professional designations strongly preferred.




• 3-5 years of BIG 4 background, plus 2-3 years of Financial/Operational Audit experience in a F500 company as audit Sr/Manager.


• CPA is a must and MBA is preferred




• Solid knowledge of GAAP, statutory and other complex accounting principles, practices and procedures which may include an accounting specialty area.
